The Caring School Community (CSC) program is designed to strengthen the connections between families, schools, classrooms, teachers, and students. The CSC Principal’s Leadership Guide for school administrators includes suggestions to build and sustain the school staff community, sample agendas to model and use CSC processes in staff meetings, support for guiding classroom and schoolwide implementation, and tools for monitoring and assessing implementation.
